We are the oldest civilization
now we must rise again
By: Kurzanin
We are not a nation born yesterday
Before the emperors, before the crowns, before the imported beliefs and secured borders, there was Kurdistan. From our mountains, humanity learned to gather, build and remember.
The first stones were laid here, the first fires were protected here, the first memorial of civilization was embroidered on this land.
Yet today, the heirs of that greatness appear as strangers to themselves. We defend a belief that was meant to be melt down, while the land, language and history that gave us life, we ignore it.
We fight on the principles and ways, but we forget Kurdistan. We wear Arabic Dua, but we forget our name.
This is not faith, this is forgetfulness.
A nation that forgets its race, cannot defend its future. But a nation that does not forget its past, will become an unbreakable force.
Kurdish robbery is not hatred, no denial, no destruction. This is a reminder. This is the glory. This is the return of a nation to itself.
