This can help us: http://www.geocities.com/athens/parthen ... istan.html
Big list of Kurdish cities in North- and West-Kurdistan.
The suppression of ethnic cultures and minority religious groups in attempting to forge a modern nation were not unique to Turkey but occurred in very similar ways in its European neighbours - Bruinessen.

Is that what is written on your map, Piling?

Bîrecok sounds more correct... "Bîr" means "well" - where you get water from... And "Cok" means a small river... Cok and Chem - but Chem is a big river...

Chemê Firatê = Firat the river...

Coka ber derê mala me = The river next to our house...

is this link a joke?

Adi+yaman
Semsûr / Pirrûn / S¸ems¸ûr / Qela Mensûr

Erzincan
Erzingan, Erzîngan

Erzurum
Erzirom / Erzerom

Gaziantep
Enteb / Dilûk / Dîlok

Kahramanmaras¸ / Maras¸
Meres¸

Malatya
Meletî

S¸anli+urfa / Urfa
Riha / Ruha

Sivas
Sêwas

Elâzi+g(
Elezîz / Xarpût / Xarpêt

These cities have no relation with kurdistan. They have not kurdish majority.

I am shocked, konya is not in kurdistan.

Well you can call a foreign city in your own language. In France we say Londres and not London, but I don't think we have any imperialist aim on United-Kingdom

Sorry, but Meleti and Xarput are Kurdish cities. But this is not a discussion place. In Meleti no one used to speak Turkish, when the Turkish governor came there. Now it's different off course. :?

2002 election,

1 AKP 50,65
2 CHP 18,07
3 DYP 7,25
4 MHP 6,02
5 DEHAP 4,18

DEHAP got only 4,18% vote(Even less than MHP9, If Malatya is a kurdish city so, istanbul and izmir. I think kurds at malatya is not more than 10%.

Elazıg again 2002 election.

1 AKP 41,99
2 BAĞ. 20,53
3 CHP 8,86
4 DEHAP 7,12
5 MHP 6,62

Dehap got only 7,12%.

At istanbul Dehap got 5,51, and izmir 5,18. I am sure kurds live at western prefer DEHAP less than eastern ones. Will you claim istanbul and izmir too?

Perhaps it just mean that all the Kurds don't vote for DEHAP ...

Kurdistan borders in Turkey begins where villages had been burnt, perhaps ? Though in Kâhta everybody speak Kurdish and fortunately, villages don't seem burnt...

I didnot say all kurd give votes for Dehap, but If dehap get less than 10%, It is absolutely not a kurdish land.

For exp: Now Igdır(If I dont remember wrong) have a MHP mayor , but still I dont claim It is not kurdish.(But I have suspect)

By the way, where is kahta?
