According to the information ANF obtained, Erdoğan made no mention of his AK Party's projects about the ongoing resolution process.
Referring to the withdrawal of Kurdish guerrillas from Turkish borders, Erdoğan reportedly said that “Only 10-15 percent of the groups has finalized the withdrawal, with the rest creating problems for still being present in their areas”. Erdoğan claimed that Kurdish guerrillas detained people in some regions.
Erdoğan continued speaking about the construction of dams in the Kurdish region, defending that the
enhancement of dam constructions had nothing to do with "security" policies but was related with arrangements in international water management policies. "Turkey will be facing water shortage should we fail to build these dams", he said.

And now with the PKK focusing on internal difficulties and the withdrawel they have little or no time to worry about the Turkish destruction of Hasankeyf.

The PM remarked that the construction of new military posts in the Kurdish region was supposed to continue as a need for border security and a precaution against potential internal problems considering the probability of various developments in Syria, Iran and Iraq.
Referring to demands for education in Kurdish, Erdoğan said his government had no constitutional projects on the mother tongue issue. "Turkish is the only official language and we have already enabled Kurdish as an elective course", he said.
The PM alleged that they employed no further village guards, saying they retired old village guards from th system and could appoint the rest to various institutions by granting all their social rights.
Erdoğan noted that their reform works were going on, remarking that they had however
no reform package concerning the resolution process.
Maintaining his attitude towards the10 percent election threshold in Turkey, the highest in Europe, the PM pointed out that they in no way considered removing the threshold. "They should make an effort to pass it", he said, referring to the parties remaining below the threshold.
Erdoğan said they would take notice of the reports of the Wise People commission, collect all the outcomes of these works into a book and share it with the public.
