Many observers believe an allwite state in Syria will pave the way for a kurdish state.

According to Zaman newspaper, Bashar Assad has prepared himself for plan (B), which is to establish an Allawite state in Syrian Allawite area, and thus will lead to an immediate kurdish state that no force can stop it from happening.

Several diplomatic sources have confirmed that Assad is preparing to establish an Allawite states, as he has avoided clashes with the kurds which will help him in establishing his state in the future, and the fact that Assad has fled Damascus for Lattikia and withdrawn his forces from the kurdish areas and settled them in Lattikia is a clear indication of his plan (B).

Guys, i think the announcement of liberation for Qamishlo is to take place at a time later than that first scheduled by the kurdish leaders. The reason is because the kurdish leaders are either waiting for Aleppo to be liberated fully or waiting for the regime to fall. Otherwise, it will create more conflicts with the regime!
