People have the right to self-determination and in front of them the peaceful people and there are no laws (religions) and no land (the constitution of the United Nations) against the freedom of peoples, especially those who have betrayed the time,

Bologna has been under Russian, German and Hungarian occupation for more than 150 years but has been liberated and United, as the Norway has been liberated from Swedish colonialism at the beginning of the last century...

Peoples aim to be free even if the countries they occupy are one of the world's finest.

Freedom is the foundation of people's lives

Independence is independence

Sadly, it is a waste of blood if that, that was given freely and proudly for freedom and independence, has been for nothing

Every waste of time, blood and energy is for nothing without the independence of Kurdistan

Our leaders offer nothing but a deception of the people... it is better to sit in houses or do trade or agriculture than trading in the cause and the blood of martyrs In order to get the rights... even if the empire of discord is within the borders of the countries that occupy Kurdistan

Because every delay in the declaration of independence of Kurdistan reduces the victory rate against the military force of the countries that occupy the Kurdistan and which is developing much faster than the evolution of the military force...

Independence is independence
and does not need explanation, justification or referendum.

Kurds and Their
Historic Struggle

The biggest issue of the Kurdish struggle is the lack of cooperation and internal unity both on the domestic and international levels. The prices that the Kurds pay do not have counter results. Kurds die and they pay very high price but without no favorable outcomes for them

The lack of unity among the Kurdish political powers for instance in Iraqi Kurdistan had led to the loss of Kirkuk which was a very strategic territory for the Kurds in Iraq, and to the present day, the Iraqi Kurdish political parties have not been able to unite in this very essential national meaning.

They put all the blames on the external powers. It is true that the external powers do have a great influence on the fate of the Kurds, but again the unity of the Kurds both internally in each part and externally in the four parts of Kurdistan could lead to a better and significant achievement on the world’s political agenda.

This is not to justify the atrocities carried out by the external powers against the Kurds, but, on the other hand, the Kurds should be wise and conscious enough to take lessons from their long history of being betrayed and used by world and regional powers that usually look for their own interests rather than the fair basic rights of the Kurds.

Basically, History is repeating itself with no difference for the Kurds. Therefore, Kurds should break out through this vicious cycle by their own means and that, can only be achieved through national unity.

Tragic Kurds: Lost in the maze
of Middle Eastern history

Like the neighboring Palestinians, the Kurds are a long-suffering Middle Eastern people who never have had a country but very much would like one. Also like the Palestinians, the Kurds have endured centuries of oppressive rule by the Turkish Ottoman Empire

Israel, the principal obstacle to Palestinian statehood, is a relatively benign neighbor compared to the murderous crowd surrounding the Kurds — Iraq, Iran, Syria and Turkey.

The starting point for the bloody cauldron of turmoil that we call the “Modern Middle East” is 1918, when along with the Russian, German and Austrian Empires the Ottoman Empire was smashed to smithereens in the cataclysm of World War I. Into the resultant power vacuum stepped Britain and France, sensing an opportunity to write yet another chapter in their long-running colonial rivalry.

Not everyone thought this was a good idea. In 1920, Winston Churchill, then Britain's colonial secretary, prophetically observed that “future generations will pay a terrible price for the blunders we are making today.”

The treaties that settled World War I created wholly new countries in the Middle East, which correlated poorly to the ethnic, religious, linguistic and historical characteristics of the “liberated” peoples of the region. In this great post-war carve-up, the Kurds were promised — but then denied — independence and condemned to a rootless existence in a very dangerous neighborhood.

Those who naively ask, “Aren’t they all Muslims?” betray a gross ignorance of the complex varieties of religious matters in the Middle East. The dominant Muslim sects — Sunni and Shia — have little liking for the Kurds, who are a different ethnic and religious entity altogether.

The most basic problem for the Kurds is that they are surrounded by four authoritarian regimes that all have substantial Kurdish minorities whom the ruling powers view as disloyal and potential threats to their territorial integrity.

The traumas of World War II and its immediate aftermath essentially eliminated Britain and France as players in the Middle East, to be replaced by the U.S. and Russia (then the Soviet Union). For the Kurds, the rest of the 20th century was a tale of sorrow and slaughter, an oppressed minority in Turkey, Syria and Iran, and victims of a horrific genocide in Saddam Hussein’s Iraq.

The Kurds found a new champion when the United States invaded Iraq in 2003 in search of those “weapons of mass destruction” (WMD) so recently used to decimate the Kurdish population of that country. The Americans failed to find WMDs in Iraq, but they did overthrow Saddam and, in doing so, helped establish a de facto Kurdish state in northern Iraq.

The Kurds proved to be a brave and resourceful ally for the U.S. in savage and ultimately successful battles against the ISIS caliphate. The bloody conflict, however, proved to be a catalyst for a devastating civil war in Syria, which threatened to topple the tyrannical regime of Bashar al-Assad.

The yearslong strife in Syria, with hundreds of thousands of deaths and millions of refugees flooding into neighboring countries and Europe, occurred amidst a confusing welter of warring sects, changing alliances and foreign interventions by Russia and Iran, on the side of Assad, and the United States on behalf of rebels — among whom were Syrian and Turkish Kurds who established control of territory along the southeastern border of Turkey.

Turkey for decades has been in conflict with the 20 percent of their population who are Kurdish. Thus, the establishment on their southern border of territory controlled by Turkish Kurds is viewed by Turkey as an irredentist threat led by a radical Kurdish political party — the Kurdistan Workers’ Party, or PKK — which is broadly viewed as a terrorist organization.

For the love of God, come, and stop being each others enemies.

Be as one and have each others' back in the face of an unfair and ruthless enemy

Don't sell yourselves cheap to the enemy.

Our enemies only want you as long as it benefits their own purposes.

The enemy will never feel compassion for you.

The enemies of the Kurds are many, they are tyrannic, ruthless and without any conscious.

The success for any people is their oneness, unity and support of their whole nation.

Any nation that does not have oneness and unity will forever be under his enemies' rule.

You as Kurds are no less than other free nations, on the contrary you are in many ways more ready than other nations that freed themselves from oppression.

But those who freed themselves had unity amongst them.

For you to be free you have to stop fighting among yourselves, stop being jealous of each other, stop selling yourself to the enemy.

Only then will you be free and free your nation.
