"hoser" does not exist in turkish (also not as loanword, nobody of the turks know this word), "ho" comes from avesta "hve" (in old avesta), in old persian "hwe-". middle persian: xwe-, parthian: wxe-.

zazaki conserved here the old iranian "h" variant instead of parthian "wx" as words as "wesh" (kurdish: xwesh). look:

I was refering to the fact that a Turk would pronounce the word "Xoser" as "Hoser" because Turkish doesn't have "X" and Istanbullu Turkçe always converts "q" to "k" and "x" to "h"...
