a lazy man and his wife

). Has anyone already heard/read it? Is it popular?
A LAZY MAN AND HIS WIFE
Once upon a time there was a very lazy couple. They were so lazy that they couldn't decide who was the laziest of the two.
Every morning they argued to decide who would take their cow to water:
the man wanted his wife to do it, but viceversa his wife wanted her huband to do it.
One day they decided that the one who would speak for first would be watering the cow. So they both shut up. The woman went to the neighbours and the man stayed at home.
Soon a stranger arrived, he went in and sat down in a corner. The man didn't say anything, so the stranger asked him if he was dumb or ill. But the lazy man didn't say a single word.
The stranger realized that the lazy man never moved at all for any reason, so he decided to rob him: he stood up, took away everything he liked but the lazy man didn't say anything to stop him. The stranger disappeared.
Later the lazy woman came home and immediately saw that everything had been taken away. So she couldn't stop herself ,she shouted and told her husband:"You stupid! Who took away everything?"
The man suddenly smiled, stood up and told her "you spoke for first! you have to water the cow!!"
