Do you have a source for the warning ? , I do not thing Serok barzani have ever issued any warning aside from his usual call for dialogue and peace and I do not think he is in a position to do so .
yes i do ill find it.
Serok barzani is a smart guy and his statement about armed struggle being over does not mean anything and if he really want PKK armed struggle to be over , it will be over within a week . You know much better than that heval Alan and I do not want to get in to details here .
Turkey cant come after KRG with or without PKK ..... maybe that is what MHP barks about but its just a bark nothing more Ergodan already told him "Qandil is not turkey's territory" .
PKK is being used as a tool to pressure /distract turkey and the moment PKK is finished Turkey will turn their sight to Southern Kurdistan .
not a good thing to say dear , pkk have existed for long time now and have been around along side PDK and PUK.
Turkish parliament is a Joke and I have repeatedly called for all Kurdish MPs and politicians to simply resign or totally boycott all turkish institutions including the parleiment , because what is the point of participating in a government when 30% of them are in Jail 30 % are in court and the rest are labled and awaiting arrests ?
its not as bad as before , look at the video of Hasip Kaqplan using the words "kurds and kurdistan" several times without interruption , he abuses the racists in turkey and is allowed to speak , this is how you advance your cause through talks not AK47s , that era is unfortunately over .
I do not think they were invited and I do not think they should be invited . Look , it is a game of good guy bad guy and everyone would rather negotiate with the good guy .PKK's recent escalations worked very well and forced turkey to take southern Kurdistan more seriously , because the alternatives is more powerful PKK which everyone is afraid of and no one wants to negotiate with .
they were invited it was published on the presidency's web page , PKK will not get powerful nor will it get weak thats what both KRG and Turkey too want.
PKK and KRG are quit aware that Asad regime is done , So having an opposing power to turkey and syrian oppostions in Western Kurdistan is essetial and that where PKK comes in .PKK is the bulldog (meant as a complement ) of Kurdistan and turkey and syrian oppositions will be more willing to negotiate with KRG and make major compromises just to avoid dealing with PKK .
maybe that is KRG's intentions but PYD is helping Assad and has attacked kurds who do anti-assad demo , and they kidnapped 2 KNC deputies last week after they returned from Erbil conference. and if you ask me Turkey does not want the kurds in W.k. to have any power or rights whether its through KRG or PKK the best would be to unit and ditch the rest of syria to the hell that it already is .
We are all on the same book heval , but we are simply on different pages .
yeah i agree with you
