Invasion of Gaza to happen soon

A ground invasion of the Gaza Strip will start soon, Israeli Security Minister Yoav Gallant told occupation soldiers positioned in Gaza's Envelope on Thursday

"You see Gaza now from a distance, you will soon see it from inside. The command will come," the minister said as quoted by The Times of Israel.

Gallant also admitted his responsibility for the demise of the Israeli occupation forces on October 7 which saw hundreds of soldiers including commanders killed and taken captive by Palestinian Resistance fighters.

Netanyahu also paid a visit on Thursday to occupation soldiers conscripted in the infamous Golani Brigade near the Gaza Strip.

In an address to the occupation troops, Netanyahu claimed, "We are going to win with all our strength."

The Israeli military and political command has been mulling a ground invasion of the Gaza Strip for a week. Bad weather has been used as an excuse for why aggression has not yet been launched.

Officials including Netanyahu have asserted that in response to the defeat they suffered on October 7, "Israel's" military response will involve the uprooting of Hamas from Gaza. However, such a task will prove extremely difficult or even impossible for the floundering IOF which previously suffered defeats in 2008 and 2014.

Al-Qassam issues stern warning

In response to increasing talks about an Israeli ground offensive on the Gaza Strip, Hamas' al-Qassam Brigades released a video on Saturday warning Israeli occupation forces (IOF) against invading the Gaza Strip.

The video titled, "This is what awaits you when you enter Gaza," is a stern warning to the IOF as the Brigades put on display some of their defensive tactics and capabilities in case "Israel" decides to proceed with a ground invasion against Gaza.

Hamas military wing, Martyr Izz El-Din Al-Qassam Brigades, published a video titled: "A message to the [Israeli] ground forces: This is what awaits you when you enter Gaza."#Gaza #GazaUnderAttack pic.twitter.com/ljyh10FjyN
    — Al Mayadeen English (@MayadeenEnglish) October 14, 2023
In the released footage, fighters exit a camouflaged hatchway, which most probably leads in and out of the Resistance's extensive tunnel structure.

The several fighters carrying Rocket Propelled Grenade launchers loaded with 105mm tandem charges fire toward mock-up tanks. Another group of fighters carrying assault rifles climb towards the tank's door pulling out its crew while another group provides cover fire.

Al-Qassam's warning is the tip of the iceberg of what awaits Israeli soldiers inside Gaza, as the Resistance continues to accumulate experience and weapons as a ground invasion might prove costly to the Israeli military.

US supporting Israel and Ukraine
    enhances state security: Biden
US President Joe Biden likens Hamas to Russia and affirms the country's support for the Israeli occupation in its aggression against Gaza

US President Joe Biden on Friday said Hamas and Russia are both out to "annihilate democracies", in a speech from the Oval Office where he dubbed the assistance to Ukraine and "Israel" as a vital US interest.

"Hamas and Russian President Vladimir Putin represent different threats but they share this in common: they both want to completely annihilate a neighboring democracy," Biden said.

He considered that "the victory of Ukraine and Israel is vital for the United States, and would enhance our security."

The US President noted in his speech that the United States cannot abandon the mission of a "two-state solution to the conflict between Israel and Palestine."

He said he would ask Congress on Friday to approve massive funding to help Ukraine and "Israel", arguing that this was an investment for the United States' future as a global leader. "It is a smart investment that's going to pay dividends for American security for generations," the 80-year-old Democrat said in just the second speech of his presidency delivered from behind the historic Resolute Desk.

The US President claimed that "the United States and its allies are working to create a better future for the Middle East," considering that this is "in Washington's own interest."

Earlier, Biden landed in "Tel Aviv" at the head of an envoy of diplomats, declaring his support for "Israel" against the Palestinian resistance.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that Biden's visit would last around four hours and that he is scheduled to hold a meeting with the Israeli war cabinet.

The US president will reportedly press to establish "safe zones" within Gaza.

During a meeting with Netanyahu, Biden played along to the Israeli narrative of the massacre in al-Ahli hospital accusing the Palestinian Resistance of the "bombing".

“Based on what I've seen, it appears as though it was done by the other team, not you,” Biden said: adding that the US will continue to make efforts to ensure that "Israel" has everything it needs to “defend” itself.

Biden was initially scheduled to visit Jordan to hold a quadripartite meeting with the Jordanian King, the Egyptian president, and the Palestinian Authorities' head.

However, the quadripartite meeting was canceled following the atrocious massacre committed by the Israeli occupation at al-Ahli Hospital.

Mass rallies, protests around the world

The world is witnessing an outpouring of solidarity with Palestine amid the ongoing Israeli aggression

Protests and expressions of solidarity persist across a multitude of Arab and international regions as the Israeli onslaught on Gaza enters its harrowing fourteenth day.

In Jordan, determined delegations were seen making their way toward the border areas adjoining occupied Palestine, uniting in resounding demonstrations of support for Palestine and unyielding solidarity with Gaza.

From Iraq, waves of supporters converge at the Jordanian border to stand with Palestine and bolster the Resistance.

In sync with the Friday call to prayer, impassioned marches resonated across the Iraqi provinces in fervent support of Palestine.

There have been calls in several countries urging people to head to occupied #Palestine to aid #Gazans who are suffering from Israeli aggression and a brutal complete siege. This footage shows #Iraqis reaching the #Jordanian border.#Iraq #Jordan#GazaUnderAttack… pic.twitter.com/YldYqvXxkN

Concurrently, Lebanese people sailed in unity from the shores of Saida in the south, proclaiming their unwavering support for Palestine. Multiple protests also unfolded in the vibrant streets of Beirut.

In the Palestinian refugee camps in the southern regions of Lebanon, the situation didn't differ as fervent gatherings were held in solidarity with their own land, Palestine, and their Resistance.

Meanwhile, Algeria amplified the outpouring of support through massive demonstrations, passionately expressing solidarity with the Palestinian people.

In Yemen, a robust congregation converged on the iconic Jamal Abdel Nasser Street in Taiz, a profound symbol of solidarity with Gaza's enduring fight to protect its sacred land.

The people's voice is for Palestine

Iran resonated with a chorus of support for Gaza, where demonstrations were seen in Tehran and various cities across the nation. The fervor extends all the way to the Iranian-Iraqi border, in profound backing of Gaza's unwavering resolve.

Notably, the heart of Iran's capital, Tehran, bore witness to the powerful demonstration by Iranian mothers and their children at Mother's Square, in an emotional manifestation of solidarity with Gaza's massacred mothers and children.

In Egypt, numerous squares braced for the arrival of impassioned demonstrators, heeding the call of popular factions and political parties to stand in solidarity with Palestine and endorse President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi's unwavering stance against the forced displacement of Gaza's residents into Egypt.

Furthermore, acts of solidarity resonated from South Korea to Berlin, from Switzerland's Lausanne to numerous cities throughout France, defying constraints and law enforcement measures.

The French continue to rally in several French cities in support of the Palestinians, despite the constraints and police repression they faced days ago. This came after the French Minister of Interior, Gérald Darmanin, had issued an order earlier to ban any demonstrations supporting the Palestinians, on behalf of the French government.

Pressure from the French Council of State led to the nullification of the French government's decision last Wednesday. It is worth noting that the French Parliament did not approve the government's decision to ban demonstrations supporting the Palestinians in French cities, according to French media reports.

Argentina and Ecuador saw spirited protests, vehemently objecting to the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7.

From Malaysia, a resilient rally embarked on a journey toward the US Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, denouncing the Israeli aggression on Gaza. Their impassioned chants resounded in unison, fervently endorsing al-Aqsa and Palestine.

Operation Al-Aqsa Flood ignited a wave of solidarity, uniting voices from the Arab world and beyond. Millions continue to gather across Arab, Islamic, and Western nations, fiercely condemning the relentless Israeli aggression. Their unity is further galvanized by the horrific al-Maamadani Hospital massacre, which claimed the lives of approximately 500 people, including innocent children and women.

4,000 dead 4 hospitals out of service

The health situation in Gaza is catastrophic after 4 hospitals became out of service, the Ministry of Health's strategic stock in the Strip ran out, and the Ministry of Health announced the death of more than 4,137 Palestinians and the injury of 13,000

The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced the death of more than 4,137 Palestinians in Gaza and the injury of 13,000 as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Strip for the 14th day in a row.

Al Mayadeen correspondent reported that 8 were martyred as a result of the Israeli occupation aircraft that bombed the Atallah family home in the Yarmouk neighborhood in Gaza City during the last hours.

The aggression comes after four hospitals were taken out of service and the strategic stock in the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip ended, which makes the health situation in the Gaza Strip catastrophic, according to what Al Mayadeen correspondent reported.
    — قناة الميادين (@AlMayadeenNews) October 19, 2023
In the same context, Doctors Without Borders reported that electricity fuel in Al-Shifa Hospital, the main hospital in Gaza, will run out within 24 hours.

Last Sunday, the International Committees of the Red Cross in the Gaza Strip announced that "hospitals will not be able to care for the wounded and sick due to the depletion of supplies."

The Red Cross confirmed that it will not be able to continue its humanitarian work unless more supplies are brought into Gaza.

Also, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs warned earlier that "fuel reserves in all hospitals in the Gaza Strip will run out," stressing that "The shutdown of backup generators would place the lives of thousands of patients at risk."

Video scenes showed that hospitals resorted to placing the bodies of martyrs in "ice cream" freezers due to the large number of martyrs that exceeded their capacity to accommodate them.

The director of Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza also announced that operations would be performed without anesthesia and in the streets.

Last Tuesday, the occupation forces targeted the Baptist Hospital in the center of the Gaza Strip, killing more than 500, most of them children and women.

In conjunction with the ongoing Israeli aggression against Gaza for 13 days, the occupation tightened its siege on Gaza and bombed the Rafah crossing, which exacerbated the humanitarian crisis.

Video scenes showed Palestinians in Gaza resorting to drinking unclean water, due to the depletion of drinking water, which portends a serious health crisis that threatens the lives of citizens.

A bakery of the UN's World Food Programme in the Gaza Strip was bombed last night, according to the WFP, which explained that the bakery was distributing bread to displaced families in shelter centers.

"Of the 23 bakeries we work with, only 4 are operating today because most of them have run out of fuel," said World Food Program Executive Director Cindy McCain.

Israel massacres

Israel committed massacres against 550 families in Gaza and the massacres are still ongoing, and considering, Israel’s brutality, more are expected to take place

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza released new figures, today, Saturday, revealing the number of massacres committed by the Israeli occupation against Palestinian families in the Gaza Strip, in its ongoing brutal aggression against the Strip for the fifteenth day in a row.

The Ministry revealed in a statement that the Israeli occupation committed 550 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, resulting in the martyrdom of 3,353 members of these families since the beginning of the aggression.

The count is not final warned the Ministry as, a large number of Palestinians are still under the rubble.

In the past 24 hours only, the Israeli occupation “committed 29 massacres, claiming the lives of 248 Palestinians and injuring 400,” according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health

“The entry of a limited number of trucks [20] constitutes only 3% of what was entering the Gaza Strip daily in terms of health and… pic.twitter.com/pmkpSNYSfI
    — Al Mayadeen English (@MayadeenEnglish) October 21, 2023
Meanwhile, as the aggression continues indiscriminately, 4,385 Palestinians have been martyred so far in the Gaza Strip since the start of the Israeli aggression on October 7, including 1,756 children and 967 women, in addition to 13,561 wounded.

“70% of the total victims of the Israeli aggression are children, women and the elderly.”

    — Al Mayadeen English (@MayadeenEnglish) October 21, 2023
The Ministry’s statement touched on the repercussions of the aggression on the health sector in the Strip, confirming the martyrdom of 51 health personnel and the injury of 87 others with various injuries. It also announced that 7 hospitals and 25 health centers have become out of service due to deliberate targeting and fuel shortages.

The statement also confirmed that hospitals in the Gaza Strip ran out of resources, considering the lack of the most basic emergency medical supplies, including fuel.

The Ministry of Health reiterated its call to retired cadres and volunteers in all health specialties to join rescue operations in hospitals and emergency units.

The statement added that hospitals in the Gaza Strip exceeded their capacity by 150%, forcing them to set up multiple tents to accommodate a large number of injuries.

Regarding the aid that entered the besieged Strip earlier this morning, the Ministry said, “The entry of a limited number of trucks constitutes only 3% of what was entering the Gaza Strip daily in terms of health and humanitarian needs before the aggression,” stressing that it is minimal compared to what was entering the Gaza Strip daily, which exceeded 600 trucks per day.

Speaking about the kind of aid, it indicated that bringing medical aid into the Gaza Strip is essential if it meets the emergency needs in the different emergency departments, intensive care units, and operating rooms of all Gaza Strip hospitals.

In the same context, the Ministry explained in its statement that excluding all kinds of fuel from the humanitarian aid allowed in “will jeopardize the lives of the sick and wounded and put life-saving services at risk.”

In the statement, the Ministry appealed to the international community to take action immediately to bring in fuel and healthcare emergency needs “before more victims lose their lives in hospitals,” particularly addressing Egypt in its appeal.

It highlighted that the Israeli occupation repeatedly threatened to target hospitals in the Gaza Strip, with the threat to al-Quds Hospital in Gaza City being its latest, after it committed a massacre at al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in the city, which “reflects the occupier’s intransigence and thirst for killing with the entire world standing idly by.”

However, despite the ongoing threats, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed that its crews will not leave their sites and that they will remain beside the wounded and sick to tend to their injuries “until the last breath,” declaring that it is seeking by every means possible to have its primary and psychological health centers at the service of the citizens.

Palestine Cause Shouldn't Be Buried

Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' al-Sudani on Saturday reaffirmed his country’s commitment to supporting the Palestinian cause for statehood

"The efforts to dilute and bury the Palestinian issue must cease, and no one has the right to negotiate, or make decisions on behalf of the Palestinian people, who are the rightful guardians of their land and their legitimate claims," Sudani said during remarks he made at today's Cairo Summit for Peace.

The situation in Gaza presents a fresh challenge and a test to the international community, which has repeatedly fallen short in realizing the principles of humanity, justice, and freedom it advocates. Palestine stands as a living testament to this recurring failure."

The Iraqi leader also called for justice and fairness in treating the issue of Palestine: "Injustice cannot lead to lasting peace, and true security and the ending of violence can only be achieved by addressing their root causes which are the occupation and discriminatory policies."

Sudani called for the Arab League to convene an emergency session soon after Israel launched its counteroffensive targeting Hamas in Gaza Strip two weeks ago.

Tensions in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict flared up earlier this month when Hamas forces launched a surprise attack on Israel. Subsequent Israeli retaliatory attacks, as reported by recent media accounts, have resulted in thousands of casualties on both sides.

The situation escalated further with a tragic airstrike on a Gaza hospital last week, resulting in the loss of hundreds of Palestinian lives and injuries to hundreds more.

Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' al-Sudani stated:

No one has the right to negotiate, or make decisions on behalf of the Palestinian people, who are the rightful guardians of their land and their legitimate claims
This must also mean that: No one has the right to negotiate, or make decisions on behalf of the Kurdish people, who are the rightful guardians of their land and their legitimate claims

UNRWA to Al Mayadeen:
Gaza needs 100 truckloads of aid per day
Adnan Abu Hasna tells Al Mayadeen that around half of the 1,000,000+ forcibly displaced Gazans are living in UNRWA's centers under worsening conditions. Gaza needs 100 truckloads of aid a day.

Gaza needs a hundred truckloads per day to meet the needs of forcibly displaced people, Adnan Abu Hasna, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) spokesperson, told Al Mayadeen.

The official emphasized that the Rafah crossing, which lies on Gaza's border with Egypt, must be opened for humanitarian aid to the besieged Strip.

On Saturday, the Rafah crossing was opened for 20 trucks carrying international aid to Gazans. The crossing had been subject to multiple air raids by the Israeli occupation forces since October 7, as "Israel" tightened its blockade on the Strip.

However, none of the trucks contained fuel for the Strip. Energy supplies in Gaza are extremely low, which threatens to put vital machines in hospitals out of service, putting at risk even more civilian lives.

Of course, the scarcity of energy supplies comes after "Israel's" war cabinet shut off all fuel and water from the Strip, adding to its long list of war crimes committed against Palestinians since October 7.

On this note, Abu Hasna emphasized that the Gaza Strip must be supplied with fuel since it is essential for operating "basic services", adding that a constant flow of medicine and water must be sent to Gaza.

The spokesperson told Al Mayadeen that UNRWA's food supplies have almost run out, underlining that a deepening catastrophe will continue due to the closure of crossing in and out of Gaza.

Moreover, the official explained that UNRWA's centers in Gaza have witnessed an increase in contagious diseases due to water shortages.

Clarifying the scale of the calamity, Abu Hasna revealed that around half of Gaza's 1,000,000+ displaced people have taken refuge in UNRWA centers, which have reached maximum capacity and cannot receive more individuals.

Israeli genocidal policies are serious war crimes that have not been met by an appropriate international response. However, Western leaders such as US President Joe Biden have encouraged "Israel" to continue its collective punishment of the Palestinian people by claiming that "Israel has the right to defend itself," when faced with questions about "Israel's" targeting of civilians and its disproportionate response.

In fact, Biden had previously said he had reached an agreement with Israeli and Egyptian sides to allow 20 truckloads into Gaza, which came just after he had promised to unconditionally aid "Israel's" aggression against Gaza and denied that it had bombed al-Ahli Baptist Hospital.

Biden requests $106Bln

Biden requests $106Bln for arming 'Israel', Ukraine, countering China

The White House Office of Management and Budget has revealed that President Joe Biden is seeking an additional $106 billion in funding from Congress. This funding is intended to offer increased assistance to Ukraine, "Israel", and the Indo-Pacific region and to support operations along the US southern border.

The supplementary package allocates $61.4 billion, with half of this amount intended to supply weapons to Kiev and replenish US military inventory, as stated by the White House.

Additionally, there is $14.3 billion allocated for "Israel", comprising $10.6 billion designated for security assistance, including air and missile defense support, investments in the industrial base, and restocking US weapon supplies, as outlined in the document.

Furthermore, the White House has requested $6.4 billion to finance activities along the US southern border, along with $2 billion for security assistance in the Indo-Pacific region and an additional $2 billion to counter China's financial cooperation with developing nations.

A report by Axios on Thursday detailed that the Pentagon plans to send tens of thousands of 155mm artillery shells to "Israel", shells that were originally designated for Ukraine from US emergency stocks.

According to three Israeli officials familiar with the matter, "Israel" requested these shells to prepare for a potential ground invasion in Gaza and to address the possibility of an escalation involving the Lebanese Resistance, Hezbollah, along the Palestine-Lebanon border.

US officials have claimed that diverting these shells to the Israeli regime would not immediately impact Ukraine's ability to fight Russian troops.

However, if the war on Gaza were to escalate into a broader regional conflict, the availability of US military supplies for Ukraine might be affected.

Earlier today, the Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Major General Mohammad Hossein Bagheri described the US' extensive military support to "Israel" as being indicative of the complicity of the United States in Israeli crimes against Palestinians and warned of the impending consequences, particularly in Gaza.

44K bottles of water

44K bottles transported to Gaza enough for 22K people for 1 day

The situation in the Gaza Strip is "catastrophic" and the "world must do more" according to a statement signed by five UN agencies.

As part of the 20-truck convoy that was transported through the Rafah border crossing, the United Nations Children's Fund announced that it had provided around 44,000 bottles of water to Gaza; a quantity that would be enough for 22,000 people for a single day.
“The people of Gaza need a commitment for much, much more—a continuous delivery of aid to Gaza at the scale that is needed,” UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres told the Cairo "Peace Summit".

In a similar vein, five United Nations agencies, on Saturday, announced that the situation in the Gaza Strip has been "catastrophic" as they urged for further international assistance given the deteriorating conditions across the Strip.

"More than 1.6 million people in Gaza are in critical need of humanitarian aid," said the statement from the agencies, adding that "children, pregnant women, and the elderly remain the most vulnerable."
The statement also underscored that "nearly half of Gaza's population are children" and that "Gaza was a desperate humanitarian situation before the most recent hostilities," however, "it is now catastrophic."

"The world must do more," urged the statement by the signatories: the World Health Organization (WHO), UNICEF, the World Food Programme, the UNDP, and the UNFPA.
Rafah border opens for first aid trucks to Gaza

On Saturday, the Rafah border crossing was opened to allow the first trucks carrying humanitarian aid, which amount to 20, to Gaza from Egypt. Among the aid supplies were medical supplies and other things not specified yet.

Sputnik reported on Friday that around 200 trucks with humanitarian aid were waiting for the border to open.

This comes as tonnes of supplies, including food, medication, water purification equipment, hygiene items, and blankets, continue to accumulate at El Arish airport in Egypt's Sinai region, yet only twenty trucks were allowed in.

Palestinian Solidarity Around the World

Fifteen days after the start of Israeli airstrikes on Gaza, millions of people in cities around the world continue to stage demonstrations, calling for an end to the war and the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Palestinians

In Australian cities, thousands of people took to the streets in support of Palestine and in protest against Israeli airstrikes on Gaza. The largest march occurred in Sydney, with approximately 9,000 participants.

GERMANY

In Berlin, the police today banned a pro-Palestinian demonstration scheduled for Sunday under the slogan "Peace in the Middle East," citing concerns about the potential for anti-Semitic statements, incitement to hatred, glorification of violence, and violent acts.

This weekend, pro-Palestinian demonstrations are planned in various German cities. To the west of the country, around 5,500 people gathered to protest in Düsseldorf. In Hamburg, where demonstrations were also prohibited, security forces dispersed an unauthorized protest.

UNITED KINGDOM

On Saturday, the largest demonstration took place in London, where about 100,000 people marched to the vicinity of Prime Minister Rishi Sunak's residence on Downing Street.

Demonstrators carried flags and banners with messages like "Freedom for Palestine" and "Stop the War." Thousands of voices chanted slogans such as "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free." This marked the second consecutive weekend of pro-Palestine rallies, which were supervised by the Metropolitan Police of London.

"This is in solidarity with our Palestinian brothers and sisters, who are facing a genocide and being expelled from their own land. This is for all the innocent people," said a young demonstrator.

"Palestine has been under occupation for over seventy years. What is happening in Palestine is truly shameful for the entire community because of the ongoing genocide. We've experienced war and injustice in Iraq, and we don't want to see it repeated," noted Hayad, a young man of Iraqi origin.

"I protest because I feel that the Sunak administration is complicit in the war crimes committed by Israel. I'm here to make my voice heard and show that not all Britons support the actions of the State of Israel," said Joe, a British teacher.

Israel Uses Starvation as Weapon

On Wednesday, OXFAM accused Israel of using "hunger as a weapon of war" against Palestinian civilians

This humanitarian organization demanded that food, water, fuel and other essential goods be allowed into the Gaza Strip, where 2.2 million people face an "urgent need for food."

Based on an analysis of United Nations data, the organization estimates that only 2 percent of the food that has been destined for Gaza has managed to enter the territory since Israel imposed the blockade on October 9.

"Although a small volume of food aid has been allowed in, commercial international food imports have not been delivered," OXFAM said.

Before the Israeli State intensified the siege of Gaza, 104 trucks delivered food to this Palestinian territory every day, which meant an average income of 1 truck every 14 minutes.

Over the weekend, 62 trucks were able to enter Gaza through the Egyptian Rafah crossing, but only 30 of them contained food, OXFAM specified.

"The situation is nothing short of horrific, where is humanity? Millions of civilians are being collectively punished for the entire world to see, there can be no justification for using hunger as a weapon of war. World leaders cannot continue idly by, they have the obligation to act and to act now," said Sally Abi Khalil, OXFAM's director for the Middle East, said.

Previously, OXFAM issued a statement asking the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) and other relevant international actors to urgently promote a ceasefire based unconditionally on the following principles:

-. Facilitate the delivery of lifesaving assistance, including food, medical supplies, fuel, and the resumption of electricity and internet to Gaza, in addition to safe passage of humanitarian and medical staff

-. Free all civilian hostages, especially children and elderly

-. Allow humanitarian convoys to reach UN facilities, schools, hospitals, and health facilities in Gaza and commit to protecting them along with the civilians and staff inside them at all times

-. Rescind orders by the Government of Israel for civilians to depart northern Gaza

-. Allow patients in critical condition to be medically evacuated for urgent care

Arab nations UN resolution

In the draft resolution, the Assembly is advocating for an immediate ceasefire and urging all parties to uphold their commitments under international humanitarian law

UN sources informed Sputnik on Wednesday that Arab nations have drafted a resolution for the UN General Assembly concerning the current situation in Palestine.

The General Assembly may potentially review the document during its special session scheduled for October 26, the source said.

In the draft resolution, the Assembly is advocating for an immediate ceasefire and urging all parties to uphold their commitments under international humanitarian law, with a particular focus on safeguarding civilian life and civilian infrastructure.

"[The document] demands also the immediate, continuous, sufficient and unhindered provision of essential goods and services to civilians throughout the Gaza Strip, including but limited to water, food, medical supplies, fuel, and electricity," according to the text.

The document also emphasizes the need for immediate access for the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees, along with other UN agencies and their collaborators, as well as the International Committee of the Red Cross and other global organizations to enable the distribution of humanitarian aid to civilians.

The draft resolution further calls for the "immediate release of all civilians" and emphasizes the need for promptly establishing a mechanism to safeguard the civilian population in Palestine in alignment with the existing UN resolutions.

After the US vetoed a Brazil-drafted UN Security Council resolution that urged "Israel" to revoke its evacuation order for Gazans, Russia on Tuesday submitted a UN Security Council resolution to call for the creation of humanitarian breaks and humanitarian pathways.

Since the genocide in Gaza began, anti-US sentiment has grown immensely out of proportion among the Arab masses.

Videos circulated all across social media of protesters attacking US embassies, as well as resistance groups attacking US military posts and warships.

For instance, the Yemeni resistance recently fired several rockets that were intercepted by a US warship. Analysts said that the target was likely Israeli settlements in Palestine.

Likewise, Iraq initiated a series of attacks against US military posts in which 24 soldiers were wounded.

Several resistance groups vowed to enter the conflict if the regime decides to initiate its ground invasion of Gaza.

However, recent reports suggested that the Israeli Prime Minister decided to postpone the operation due to his skepticism regarding the current strategies proposed by his military leaders.

Erdogan: Hamas is Not Terrorist

On Wednesday, Türkiye President Recep Tayyip Erdogan asserted that Hamas is not a terrorist group and proposed a peace initiative to end the genocide that the Israeli State is perpetrating in Gaza

During a speech before the Turkish Parliament, Erdogan, who is known for his support of the Palestinian cause, invited all relevant regional actors to a peace conference.

He expressed that, due to the humanitarian, political and military situation, Türkiye is willing to act as guarantor of Palestine.

Erdogan also proposed an immediate ceasefire between the parties, the opening of a humanitarian corridor for the entry of basic goods into Gaza, the exchange of hostages, and the exit of the wounded.

The Turkish peace plan also include the permanent opening of the Rafah crossing and the increase in the delivery of humanitarian aid across the border between Gaza and Egypt.

Over two million people living in Gaza have been completely blocked since October 7. Israel prevents fuel, electricity, food and water from entering their land.

Since then, the Israeli state has attempted to militarily end the Palestinian resistance movement led by Hamas, which launched Operation Al-Aqsa Flood in occupied Palestinian territories.

On Wednesday, Erdogan also cancelled his visit to Israel, a country he accused of abusing the goodwill of Türkiye, a nation that will not allow Tel Aviv to continue murdering children in Gaza.

"We have no problem with the Israeli state, but we have never approved and will never approve of the atrocities committed by Israel and the way it acts as an organization instead of a state," he said, adding that the West does not point out certain truths because it has debts to Israel.

"Hamas is not a terrorist organization. It is a group of mujahideen fighting to protect their lands and their citizens... "As a country and a nation, we will continue to shout the truth and we will use all political, diplomatic and, if necessary, military means to achieve this," he added
"Israel can see Hamas as a terrorist organization along with the West. The West owes you a lot. But Turkey does not owe you anything... Western tears shed for Israel is a manifestation of fraud," Erdogan stressed.

NOTE:
"Hamas is not a terrorist organization.
It is a group of mujahideen fighting to protect their lands and their citizens...

Surely then the same must apply to Kurds who fight to protect their lands and their citizens

Invasion to devour Israeli army

The IRGC leader stresses that all the criminal actions "will create a huge fire in the hearts and minds of Muslims."

The Israeli military was forewarned by Major General Hossein Salami, the commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), that a ground attack in Gaza would destroy its infantry.

"There is no way for the enemies to win in Palestine and they can do nothing else but aerial bombing. If they do anything on the ground, the Gaza dragon will devour them," the IRGC Commander said on Thursday, during a ceremony in Mashhad.

"God performs miracles in every era, and now Gaza is Moses' staff, and if the Israelis step into Gaza, it will devour them up and they will be buried there," Salami added.

He then warned that the Israelis and their Western supporters would eventually face the anger of Muslims, saying the Western powers are fully assisting the Israeli occupation in carrying out its atrocities in the besieged Gaza Strip.

"Now the heads of governments of the United States and European countries keep going to Tel Aviv each day to give artificial respiration to the dying Zionist regime so that this regime can continue to live with these artificial respirations.

They have amassed all their power and with the permission of United States, all the crimes are happening in Gaza and they do not allow humanitarian aid to be delivered to the people of this enclave, but all these actions will create a huge fire in the hearts and minds of Muslims. This wrath will remain and Muslims will not let these clean bloods go in vain," he said.

The head of the IRGC continued by saying that the US turned the entire Muslim world against them and that animosity is growing every day.

"Can an American official walk in a street in one of the cities of the Islamic world safely and land his plane in these areas? They should come and return at night. Muslims have united hearts," he said, persisting in denouncing the Washington strategy of escalating its opponents.

Salami persisted in advising the United States to force the Israeli entity to end its aggression before it is too late.

Israel attacks South Lebanon

The Israeli occupation forces have shelled the outskirts of Aalma al-Shaab and fired incendiary shells at the adjacent forests

Al Mayadeen's correspondent in South Lebanon reported today that the Israeli occupation artillery targeted Blida in the Marjeyoun district of southern Lebanon.

Our correspondent also mentioned that the occupation forces shelled the outskirts of the town of Aalma al-Shaab, adding that the occupation forces have also fired incendiary rockets at adjacent forests in the same area.

These attacks by the Israeli occupation coincided with the funeral procession of one of Hezbollah's Resistance fighters who was martyred on the path to Al-Quds.

It is worth noting that Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah has recently called, in a message addressed to Hezbollah media bodies and institutions, for adopting the designation of “martyrs on the path to al-Quds" in reference to the fighters who have ascended as martyrs since October 7.

Al Mayadeen correspondent in South Lebanon also conveyed the appeals from the mayor of Aitaroun to evacuate agricultural workers who were trapped by Israeli occupation forces following deliberate targeting and firing bullets in their direction.

In response to the ongoing attacks on Lebanon and the aggression on Gaza, the Resistance continues to target military positions and groupings of the Israeli occupation army.

Yesterday, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah carried out an operation targeting an Israeli tank stationed at the "Avivim" military barracks adjacent to the Lebanese borders.

In a statement, Hezbollah said Resistance fighters launched an anti-tank guided missile ATGM at the Israeli tank and confirmed a direct impact, resulting in death and injuries among its crew.

Throughout the day, Israeli media reported that a total of four rockets were fired toward settlements in northern occupied Palestine.

Hezbollah has been gradually increasing its operations targeting Israeli military bases and outposts located on occupied Lebanese lands in support of Gaza, which is witnessing daily Israeli massacres.

In its latest report, the Palestinian Health Ministry said that the total number of martyrs in the Strip surpassed 7,000, including more than 2,900 children.

On Tuesday, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah shelled "Khirbet al-Menara" and the "Biranit" barracks using missiles and mortar shells, the military media said Tuesday, confirming that several projectiles hit their targets after the Israeli occupation failed to intercept them.

Resistance factions from Lebanon launched Monday a barrage of rockets toward occupied Palestine, namely the settlement of "Kiryat Shmona", with reportedly at least one rocket hitting a target.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent in southern Lebanon also reported that the Islamic Resistance targeted five military Israeli outposts in "Biranit, Shtoula, Menara, al-Abad, and Jal al-Alam."

Moreover, a UAV launched from Lebanon on Monday infiltrated into the occupied Palestinian territories and reached the airspace of occupied Haifa before the Israeli occupation forces shot it down.

Air raid sirens were sounded out in the occupied city of Haifa on Monday afternoon before the Israeli occupation forces stated that its forces had intercepted a UAV that had entered the airspace of the occupied Palestinian territories from Lebanese territory, as reported by Israeli media.

The drone was intercepted over the bay of occupied Haifa, Israeli public broadcaster KAN reported.

100 years ago Palestine contained 8% Jews and 92% Arabs when the UK decided to give Palestine to the Jews for a Homeland

It is a mess out there and NO surprises as to which countries are making the situation far worse
