Two car bombs went off today in al- Hawija district, a police source informed PUKmedia.
The first explosion took place on the main road between al- Rashad sub-district in al- Hawija district and the City of Tikrit, and the second one occurred amid Hawija, the source said.
The two blasts resulted in material damage only, he added.
