I am so angry that Talabani says there are "good Baath" and "Bad baath". Baath is bad that is it.

Well Baathism is a catastrophe as in Iraq as in Syria... of course it should be banned, but it seems difficult to clean the country of all former members... The best choice might be to do like in Kurdistan in 192, to fire or even imprison the greatest criminals from army or police, or government and to make a kind of amnesty for the less important ppl... By the way, even if Baath party is banned in Iraq, it would not prevent real nationalist to create a new party with the same rotten nationalist ideology...

Talabani is gettin on my nerve seriously he's NO good leader and one that I never wana see becoming a permanent Kurdish leader!

Well my answer is NO to Ba`ath party getting another chance at having power.... but seriously on the other hand the Government of Iraq will be a Democratic one and well this means that every one has a fair representaion and all

Well it does depend on the government+people to ban them or not... but insha-allah they wont get another chance EVER again.

Baathists are the lowest form of scum, they shouldn't be allowed anywhere near ciilization.
I have no idea under what mentality are they willing to put that garbage back into the government after theyve spent billions of dollars and thousands of lives trying to take them out of power

They are already banned and were not allowed to be in the elections. The question now is what to do with former Baa3thists and as for the goons in the picture I would suggest they leave Egypt and hold their little exhibition in the middle of Baghdad and see if they make it thru the day alive

Working on iraqiDons idea, how about some reality tv show called something like "im a baathist hit me hard"

baathist are released somewhere in iraq butt naked, preferably in areas like an ice factory or an ammo depot and contestants are given a choice of weapons (like na3als/flip-flops , a spiky branch , s&m gear, or anything that can make huge papercuts ) to use on whomevver they catch.
Anyone with me on this, i think it needs some fine-tuning but its almost there
