That's done. It is a pity that now all the trials concerning Anfal and shiites' repression and baathist 's links with foreign countries, could not be enlightened.

This is the end of saddam !
Image

to be honest I am not happy to see his death, I dont know why, I dont like to be happy for anybody's death.

and another thing I wished to see him be sentenced for 186000 halabcha and anfal not for 140 shia !

Thats good,Saddam,Kurds' and Shitees' lifes' raper is not in the world,i hope there is better days in our future. :o :)

I am against that judging a person's life and execution punishments especially because of politic crimes even it doesnt matter what he did.But you know it is Saddam and he used to killing Shiites and Kurds and the others who dont like him....And i think he had no plan,no real worries, just did for his ego, pride and to show his power.I guess he would never stop that. Therefore, that is good for us at all costs,it is good a man like Saddam is punished.

And America showed her fighting way,i think it is a honorful move for them, maybe now some will be more anger about Saddam's execute but i guess America showed she does what she believe it is really right,America's one mission is giving all Iraq freedom and the missing rights and so judging Saddam is a good start, right?

the important thing is result, bro.Sometimes result is more important than the way.And there is no Saddam now we should appreciate that and of course Saddam is guilty because of killing Kurds.

lovetobewithfriends , I belive saddam had things to say that USA didnt like to hear , USA was aware of much of saddam's crimes and was quiet at that time , because it was in america's intrest.... saddam things about turkey to tell us tooo.

I believe saddam shouldn't have been killed that soon , we needed him to tell history everything .

and killing on a celebration is not a good idea... it is a barbaric thing I guess to kill humain in celebrations .

he could have been killed in halabcha . not by some men with coverd face but by Kurdish peopel's hand.

by the way , I heared , Mam Jalal hadnt sign it , and Prime minster had signed the death....later they all said , mam jalal's sign is required...
and also BBC said , there was representives of Sunni and Shia where Saddam was killled , and some shia's danced on his dead body.

why there was no representative of Kurds to witness saddams death or if there was why BBC didnt mention it ?

BBC also talked about saddam's crimes , and for kurds it just mentioned , saddam made thousands of kurds to flee from city and live in cold mountains...

thank you bbc for ignroing halabcha , and anfal....

BBC is so stinky.

A Samajwadi Party worker shouts anti-American slogans during a protest against Saddam Hussein's execution in Mumbai, India, Saturday, Dec. 30, 2006. World political and religious leaders were divided over whether the former Iraqi president's execution Saturday was a milestone toward peace or further conflict in the Middle East.

Image
Pakistani Muslims Men set fire to a US flag during a demonstration in Karachi, 30 December 2006, against the execution of former Iraqi President Saddam Hussain. Pakistan, a key US ally, described the execution of former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein as a "sad event" and expressed hope that it would not exacerbate the security situation in Iraq.

I am sorry but I have to be say... F! these muslem brothers...

Especially, you are right about hearing all story from him i am sure it could be good for us.But maybe we all shouldnt hear the complete story i dont know. And it is so bad that BBC didnt mention about Halabja but let me say that they cant mention that because it is our human right that having a country they all know and everybody has a little or a big aid to Kurds to dont have a country  and even they dont need to mention that Saddam's first words were i were ruling my country, your country is not an empire it is Iraq,Arabic country and as United Nations' rule we are free to have a country and everything he did genocide it is not civil war, even if we came from Mars,we know we are Kurds and living here for centuries as we learned from our family that is simple and we can have our own country. If they want to lie if when they want their own races freedom and if nobody mention 40 millions' independence acts,it is their problem.Sometimes i think maybe we should mix Turks,Arabs or Iran and should relax :/,lots of us fight for independence for years but we cant in the middle of middle-east,if we work hard for another thing i guess we were successful.I hope the RESULT will be a good democratic peaceful country for us,Bro F*** BBC if they dont mention Halabja

They are just using islam.Let me say that bro,What Quran says Allah wont give Jews' home back to them, right?Because they anger Allah after they killed Allah's lots of prophets and after dening being religional race, right? So the worst punishment is not giving country to them. They have country now but we,Kurds still dont have a country. So what did we do to anger Allah,Did Salahadin's model behaviour or believing in Allah much having lots of Sheikhs,no i guess we are missing some pieces,i dont know maybe it is the time before Doomsday. But before Doomsday all islam will go worse and now they are killing eachother, anyways i dont have so big brain to count it.I guess our muslim brothers are not good brothers........

And the only thing i mention is that our nation should have a country that is all.Because it wont go like that if i am Kurd i should have a country, autonomy i can go and live....

Saddam should have been sentenced to life-time jail...

He didn't deserve to be let off the hook that easily...
