when will isreal/us attack Iran?

i personelly believe a war on iran will either happen summer/late 2012 or in early 2013,because US wants it sanctions to do damage before the attack (like they did in iraq). (isreal wants to hit as soon as possible)

and i don`t believe Iran is working on a nuke. but even tough i dont believe that,i am 100% for an attack on iran,cuz maybe then we will get atounemy or maybe even indeependence in east kurdistan,and maybe then they will have democracy in iran.

I really don't want there to be a war. I know that there is an argument for furthering the Kurdish cause but it worries me that Kurds and Kurdish territory will be used as cannon fodder again. However, it does seem inevitable. Given the state of the economy at the moment I think America will wait a few years before committing to another expensive war. 2014 is my vote.

You know what, neither of those. In my opinion its not neither because they can't, its neither because its not in their best interest. Israel and the USA still need the black gold, and Iran has quite alot of that. A war would also intrude on Russia's interest, and I think Russia would see it as a infringement or provacation. Thats just me, but if they would attack, then it'd probably be 2012. Israel and America aren't going to wait for Iran to make a nuke.

I agree the IRI is that cunning and cruel to use Kurdish areas, such as Kermanshah, Mahabad as the front line. They will not hesitate for a second in my opinion. Although I think if the US strike, they'd strike now rather than later. Well your also right it does seem inevitable, but remember that the American population is more aware than they were 10 years ago. Although I remembering seeing a poll before, and I think just over 50% of Americans wanted a war with Iran.(Probably crazy Christian fundamentalist Americans0

I really, really hope you're right. I certainly didn't consider oil in the equation. Even America is a slave to it. And your point about awareness in the American population is also very true. Especially with the Arab Spring unless Iranians realy start engaging in mass protests it will be hard for the American government to gain the people's support.

Your now rather than later point is spot on. I guess in the dream world in my head it would be most ideal for an American/Iranian war to happen after southern Kurdistan to gain total independance which will provide precedence and security for eastern Kurdistan to separate from Iran and create a bigger, united Kurdistan. In my dream world United Republic of Kurdistan has quite a ring to it

58% of americans WANT military intervention against iran,and 75% thinks that iran already HAS an nuclear bomb.

For Israel, the sooner the better. Nothing can stop Israel of it's interest, i mean saddam was an big ally with russians, still that didn't stop them from crossing jordan, saudi air and bomb saddams nuclear plant just before it was done. The zionists do what they ever they want to and no one can stop it. It feels like US is powerless. Iran have stopped exporting some of it's oil, so there just another reason to why not attack. However if this will happen, US will not afford invading with troops, instead they will use some of the same tactics as the israelis used in the six day war. Effective, quick air attacks on supplies, airports, bases etc. And this is very sad for us, since it's 100% sure that they will hit civilians when bombing with jets since most of the bases, missile platform etc is located very close to the cities. Go to google earth and you will see what i mean, and this is particularly common to see in cities close to the borders

Hope they aim their attacks on bandar abbas and those cities.
But if would be interesting to see what iran have for respond.
