Just when all Iraqi provinces are preparing to receive the Arab League Summit in Baghdad, Kurdistan Region cities manifest no interest in Baghdad Summit while the public and the media take different stands towards the potential success or failure of the summit.

Kurds are showing no interest in Baghdad Summit because they are occupied with the current crisis between State of Law Coalition and Kurdistan Alliance, political analysts in Kurdistan Region considered calling the central government to interfere in order to end conflicts.

There are different public and media positions in Kurdistan Region about Baghdad Summit, some parties hope it will be a success while others perceive it as a big deal out of nothing.

Baghdad Summit could be a historical opportunity for Iraqi President Jalal Talabani to accomplish a unique Kurdish achievement by heading this summit that might end, like any other Arab Summit, without remarkable achievements.

Its funny how the leader of the Summit is Kurdish (22 arab countries are lead by a Kurd). People might think its a surprise but its not! Kurds have always been great leaders of these islamic people especially in war.

As far as I remember they have always issued a statement at the end of the summit condemning Isreal and stating the dangerous stage that the Arab nation is going though .

This time however they just had their coffee and did the head count to checked who is missing , killed , hanged , jailed , exiled and left  . The arab summit is a joke and like an Israeli said " The arabs agreed not to ever agree ."
