Yes, that's how it is. Just go to an Israeli forum and you'll see but there are some of them that do actully care. I've seen some of them in Israel that are friendly and supporting. I also have a family there.

The majority of Israels compare Kurds (especially Northern Kurds) to Palestinians, and commonly tell the Islamic Kurds, that, what they do to Palestinians is not so different to what Turks do to Kurds.
The average Israel could not care less, and would only lend some sympathetic words to stick it to the Turk or Arab. Politics is different off course.
