I have a CD of Dyar , the 6 track of Diyar 2000 , there is a very nice song ,
it says

I think that is a mistake from those who wrote the lyrics... It is probably "Qeder" and you know what that means... But "Qeler" has no meaning whatsoever...

In Soranî you don't say "Xew" for "Sleep" Xew means Sleep...

"Kûr" means "Deep"
"da" is a proposition - "the"
"Chima" means "why"

"Mother destiny/fate is one, wallah it cannot be two" (You can't have two destinies only one)

"Why doesn't "Yar" ("Beloved") wake from the deep sleep"

Dayê serem dêşe welle xewam nayê - Mother my head aches, wallah I have no sleep (directly: "My sleep doesn't come")

Dayê qeder yeke wale dudu nabe - Mother destiny is one, it cannot be two
Daye welle nabe dayê bile nabe - Mother, wallah it cannot be, billah it cannot be
Daye derdê yarê ji dilêm dernaye - Mother, the pain of (my) beloved won't go away (directly:"won't come out")
Daye serêm dêşe welle xewam nayê - Mother my head aches, wallah I have no sleep (directly: "My sleep doesn't come")

Dayê evar bûye welle sibê nabe - Mother it is evening, wallah it won't turn to morning/tomorrow (directly: it cannot be morning/tomorrow)
Daye welle nabe dayê bile nabe - Mother, wallah it cannot be, billah it cannot be
Yar xewa kûr da çima hişiyar nabe - Why doesn't beloved wake from the deep sleep

Easy to translate... He keeps repeating the same stuff over and over and over... Not so creative...
