I have always thought it was common to everybody and I was surprised that it is not the case.

Think I will go back to mah-jong much more relaxing

Thank you - I looked at some of the videos - they were exactly the same as some of the things we used to do as part of the visualisation techniques I learnt a great many years ago - seems almost as though someone has developed the idea - possibly in order to make money
