Out of all the beautiful Kurdish songs I had the pleasure of listening to, one really stood out in my mind, however, the information I have about the song is limited. Hopefully someone can help me out anyway.
The chorus begins with "cani, cani, cani" (I write it this way because I suspect the singer of the song was from Turkey) or "jaani, jaani, jaani". I asked a friend what the lyrics were, and he explained something about the man singing about dying for someone (a womans) eyes. It sounded like an older recording.
I appreciate any help you guys can give me!

Now - about your song - the only song I, and probably most others think of when you say "canê canê canê" - is "were meydanê, dilê min pir xweshe bi vê dîlanê" ----> Which is a song sung by Shivan Perwer... Although I recon' it is a folkloric song...
Please see if you can give any other info about the song... Like just a line or maybe a word which was sung... It can be of help too...
