I've seen this before, you can view it on topgear's channel. It doesn't seem to work on your one.

"well basically its about a video "top gear in kurdistan" that UK car show which visited the Kurdistan region KRG !! why is it i cant have the video uploaded it gets blocked right away !!! it tells me its because of copyright ! how is that possible while 1000s of people have too uploaded "top gear" videos how is it they are allowed while mine isn't ! is it because the video was taken in kurdistan and Jeremy speaks good about kurds ?!! i did not know that youtube is becoming an agent for a fascist country like turkey denying almost 15 million kurds their existence and calls them "mountain Turks" !! i need a quick reply and i would like the block lifted on the video" !
