ERBIL, Aug.17 (AKnews)- Presidents for the World Association of Kickboxing Organizations (WAKO) and the Asian-based WAKO president will visit Erbil mid September to inaugurate a number of international events in Kurdistan capital.
Kurdistan Kickboxing Association (KKA) is going to hold training sessions for the referees and coaches and to test the kickboxing players and grant the successful players international belts, said KKA Chairman Adnan Nuri.
Nuri added for the one week activities the WAKO presidents and a number of international referees and players will visit Erbil.
The official called on Kurdistan Olympics Committee to support KKA for the success of the scheduled events so that Erbil can propose for hosting a kickboxing championship.
