Suli strengths handball team ranks with two Kurdish players
ERBIL, Sep. 24 (AKnews) – Suli Sports Club has brought in two Iranian Kurdish players to strengthen its ranks ahead of the new Iraqi handball season.
Suli SC is in talks with Mohammed Irfan Saeed and Madih Rahimi in order to sign contarcts with them ahead of the new Iraqi and regional handball league seasons.
Awat Ahmed Faqe, Suli SC’s Handball coach said the club is “close to signing contracts with the two Irnaina players who are two highly capable players”
Saeedi’s contract would be worth 16 million Iraqi Dinars while Rahimi’s would be worth 8 million Iraqi Dinars, according to Faqe.
Saeedi and Rahimi have played for Iran’s Pars Tehran and Senandaj sports clubs respectively.
