What is VIVA WORLD CUP?

The VIVA World Cup is an international football tournament organized by the New Federation Board, an umbrella association for nations unaffiliated with FIFA, planned to be held every two years.

2012 VIVA World Cup

The 2012 VIVA World Cup will be the fifth VIVA World Cup, an international tournament for football open to non-FIFA-affiliated teams, which will be played in the Iraqi Kurdistan. It will mark a new record on the competition history, with nine teams competing for the Nelson Mandela Trophy, from June 4th to 9th.

Only 9 teams, thats not very good. The sami team from Sweden didnt participate because of some douce security concern. The dumb asses though kurdistan was dangerous.

yes indeed we are pretty much doomed been part of iraq even thought literally we are not anymore , they think the chaos of iraq is the same in kurdistan they don't know it has been safe since 1991 , but by divorcing iraq things will change for the better

.

i was very disappointed when we lost against Tunisia in Palestine , but at least the team is now working on becoming a member in FIFA.

Even Padania the 3 times champions does not participate because of some unknown reasons!

With loosing comes winning, so I'm sure once were in a better finacial sitaution in the future we can pour more money into Kurdish sports.
