I imagine that Barzani is tired of having his country bombed by Turkey.

One country bombing another is actually an act of war and Barzani does not have the forces to fight Turkey in an all out war so he has to keep a low profile.

Where is the rest of the world when South Kurdistan is being attacked I do not notice the UN dashing in and stopping Turkey's premeditated acts of war against another country If Turkey bombed America I am absolutely certain that America would look on it as an act of WAR
