Since it was established in 1984, the PKK has been fighting the Turkish state, which still denies the constitutional existence of Kurds, to establish a Kurdish state in the south east of the country. By 2012, more than 45,000 PKK and Turkish soldiers have since been killed.
The PKK demanded Turkey's recognition of the Kurds' identity in its constitution and of their language as a native language along with Turkish in the country's Kurdish region, the party also demanded an end to ethnic discrimination in Turkish laws and constitution against Kurds, ranting them full political freedoms. Turkey refuses to recognize its Kurdish population as a distinct minority and still denies the constitutional existence of Kurds.

Centre d'Information du Kurdistan is the Office of Public relations and Press of the PKK. I know the place. it is a small flat (3 rooms) at the 2nd floor I believe to remember, in which you can't open as in a public place : There is inside a glass door and an intercome and then you climb up to the place and then you have to ring on the door and they open to you.
So the women knew their murderers or at least have let them enter.
