Ah - okey... Thank you for clearing that up.

Alright - you know the North and East belong to China now. You Mongolians will never have it again and you should accept that, okey. Alle these peoles lives lost because terrorist Mongolians don't accept this reality. You Mongolians should be satisfied with Outer Mongolia and not want more land... Peace and unity is best don't you think?

I know this but don't want to acccept it. Would never have peace unity with han chinese!
I realy understand why you Kurds want back your land. Do you think it's possible when your so outnumbered?

I don't want it "Back" - it is already our land and has been for thousands of years... I just want regional autonomy and cultural rights. I don't want to divide Turkey, but I do want Kurds to have self-determination = they rule their own areas.

The rights I want:

1) Kurdistan becomes the official name of the autonomous region.
2) Kurdish is an official language along with Turkish.
3) Kurdish is taught at schools alongside Turkish.
4) Freedom of political organization - so that all views, including separatist views can be aired in political forums.
5) A regional Assembly to represent Kurdistan in the Turkish parliament.

4) = I think if you let people air all their political ideas - including separatist ones, then you will avoid violence and if people have this freedom - they won't even be separatist - because there will be no reason to be separatist: if all our rights are respected...

Thank you for interupting...

I think it would be reasonable for the central government to make a commission which decides which parts of Turkey should be under the autonomous "Turkish Kurdistan" region... And I think if there is a wish among the people of Dersîm, Çewlik, Elezîz etc. to have their own regional autonomy, then I think they should have the right to that too - so that Zazakî can be taught along Turkish in schools - and they can have political representation in Ankara...

Basically, Nuray - what I want is Turkey to become like Great Britain.

Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have regional autonomy, their own assemblies and they teach their languages in schools - but they are sub-ordinate to London in government... There is just Prime Minister Gordon Brown - nobody else as head of state...

Yet - they have no problems with separatism and people utter their political oppinions without any problems...

Oh my goodness Barış, that was so mean!!
Why should the Kurdish peopel be satisfied only with Northern Iraq when that's not our only land?
Do you know how many Kurds live in Turkey? And also, in Iran, Syria--and other places too!
It has been our land since God knows when, it's OUR home, you can't expect people to just leave their homes.. that's ridiculous to think!

I agree with that too, Diri, and it's very unfair how the Turkish people are treating the Kurds...they need to be given more rights and freedoms..

In my personal opinion Barış, you are being very hypocritical.. you complain about how the Chinese oppress the areas you mentioned, but you say
Okey you know the Southeast belongs to Türkiye now. You Kurds will never have it again and should accept that okey.
.. how should we accept that?

I don't think I understand what you're saying/trying to say, but the way you said it really offended me..

All Governments are corrupt and in some countries they are extremely corrupt. For example I don't label all Turks as fascist because I realize that not all Turks agree with the fascism of their Government.

Okey I get it. Yea didn't mean to label all han chinese. Türkiye is not fascist by the way.
Peace? ;)
What's the most strangest present you've ever recieved?

What do you consider the Turkish government to be?

The strangest present I ever received was a porcelain skeleton in a coffin with R.I.P. engraved on the headstone.

Why the bigoted comment about Chinese? My Sister in Law is Chinese and she's a great gal. Also all the Chinese I know are highly intelligent and courteous.

But Baris , thats nothing compared to what the Mongols did to the Chinese(slaughtering millions of chinese and enslaving them for ) , on top of innihilating the Caucasian Iranic populations which existed in Central Asia. Countries like Uzbekistan ,Kazakhstan and Tajikistan were inhabited by Iranic peoples before they were slaughtered in millions and replaced by soldiers of the golden horde , which is why Mongols have become known for their brutality and if you go to Afghanistan, ethnic Pashtuns and Tajiks have an enmity with Hazaras and Uzbeks because of this.

Okey you Kurds want freedom. If I was Kurd I would accept it won't happen.
1) It will remain Southeast TÜRKİYE OKEY. ;)
2) Türkçe will remain official language.
3) Only Türkçe taught at schools.
4) Military seize power and boot islamist AKP out. (Wishful thinking)
5) No regional Assembly to represent _________.
