There are only two things, which can get rid of the fat: 1- starving, when you starve your body generates a recycler enzyme, which recycles your fat to keep you alive, and 2- drinking too much water from my experience. I was over 80kg. When I was diagnosed with third stage kidney disease, my GP asked me to drink a lot of water. After I started drinking too much water daily I started losing weight. I think I am still losing weight. Over a year ago I was 70kg, now I am 65kg.

If these spices help to lose weight how it happen most Asians are fat. They use all types of spices.

For which size ?

Starving makes you thin but when you begin to eat again you re take your precedent wieght and gain the double of it, for as you deprived your body, your brain orders to it to stock fat and calories for the next starvation period. That's how human survived to long-famine periods (and women more).

From 65kg.

I think this depends on time and place. In Europe, there have not been famine for hundreds of years. The probability of European body's drive to restock fat for next famine must have recessed by now. I have not seen starvation in my life. Now I eat too much but don't gain weight and each now and then like fortnightly I fast. But I drink water a lot while fasting and if become very hungry I some fruit like an apple or orange.

Men lose fat more easily than women : their body is made for muscle and not for feeding babies. X(

Well, many Kurdish women ARE pregnant, so they have the same belly

I want to lose weight again, by the way, or I will be like a Kurdish men. :( So I restart my calories counting.

And I eat only 2 meals per day.

Breakfast : 2 café au lait.

Lunch : 2 small pancakes, 1 petit-suisse, a tiny spoon of honey, may be bread and humus.

Dinner : salmon, sauce beurre bâtarde, courgettes. No more than 2 glass of wine (by this summer evening (32ºc), fresh wine is such a temptation, more than any soda).

Let's notice that I kill no Bambi no Donald no Babe today, just a salmon, just Nemo's father or cousin.

My favourite snack :

It is not even terribly caloric : 60-70 for 100 ml. (the portion is 220 ml).

I think it will lack of sugar and armagnac. A bit savourless.

Beside, WHY by losing pounds, we lost at first cheeks and breasts but not waist ? It would be better to be the contrary. X(
