what do you know!!! apparently meat eaters also suffer from vitamin b12 deficiency:

If we eat low quality meat, from beefs feeding with cereals and even meat, sure, their flesh has not B12. Farming breeding guarantees a rich and healthy meat.

I mostly eat organic meat, poultry and dairy.

This is what I call DIY getting old quicker. I assume you know meat consumption quickens ageing.

Generally, vegans have bad skin, dull hairs, and a grey complexion, not meat eaters. :p

By the way, I talked yesterday with a Kurd, concerning nutrition issues, Ramadan, etc. He said that he can not eat much vegetables, it makes him immediately sick, even a lettuce. He is mostly a meat eaters and we conclude that he has in his genes many of his nomadic ancestors' legacy, when Kurdish moutaineers hardly eat vegetables, mostly dairy and sometimes meat.

I am not like him, I like vegetables & salads. The only thing I do not bear a lot is sugar, (some of my ancestors' legacy, I suppose). I believe in instinct.

Sadly, I have noticed that many Kurdish ladies look old for their age :-s

Probably due to them treating their husbands akin to a god and waiting on them hand and foot X(

In the old days almost all the people in Kurdistan suffered malnutrition. Their stable food was whole grain wheat and barley products, as well as lentils and chickpeas. Seasionally they got fresh vegetables like spring onion, parsley and beans. There were also a lot of wild vegetables, during spring times, which they collected and ate. Some of them, an average of 20%, had sheep, or goat or cows. almost all the family had poultry mainly chickens. But not a lot enough to eat very often. they were expensive luxuries.

But now since the freedom of Kurdistan they eat meat I think three times a day. They face the same danger happened to Japanese after WW11, before which Japanese had a very healthy diet of fish and plants. After WW11, they, Japanese, thought they lost the war because of their diet. So they Americanised their diet. Red meat became their main food. It made them a bit taller but brought them all the alien diseases associated with meat consumption. Obesity, all forms of cancer, heart-related diseases and diabetes became common all over Japan.

I agree : malnutrition comes from a too much cereals-vegetables diet, and modern disease from a too rich, fat stuff and SUGAR in diet.

I wonder if anyone studied the problem of soft-drink (sweet sodas) in non-alcoholic countries. Kurds swallow huge quantities of teas and sodas, full of sugar, all the day. And generally, they eat like Americans : it is not the food in itself that harms them, but the huge quantities they eat.

Before, they lived as peasants, with physical efforts, and need a lot of calories. Now they have cars, hardly walk, live in cities, and continue to eat as if they have to work in fields.

They behave like zombies already - all they ever seem to do is jump up and down - shout - kill people

Is it drugs or religious fervour or because they are so ugly they cannot find a wife and the only hope they have of having sex is the 72 virgins waiting for them  :)) =))
