Pomegranate

Yalda is the time of eating pomegranates. My favorite way to eat it has been given to me many years ago by Dyaoko : Put the seeds on a bowl, salt them and eating with a spoon.

I only like the juice, the seeds always end up stuck between my teeths and ruins the juciy taste when chewing.
