Piling, dyaoko. . . i have been thinking about kicking and it might be tricky. if he is quick enough, he can grab your foot and throw you off balance.

i think i will stick with the grab-and-twist-like-hell method. it is swift, silent, unexpected, painful and very, very effective. :twisted:
