How do people sell and buy houses or land in Kurdistan? Are there any estate agents? And what are house prices like over there at the moment? Are they rising?

House Price in South Kurdistan is raising so so much , because it is the safest palce of Iraq, and everybody is immigrating there.
it was in the news more than 80 000 christains and arabs have registered to enter Kurdistan .... many many christian and arabs have come there..

and also Many Kurds from Iranian and turkish and syrian Kurditans hve immigrated there...too .

so it is rasing like 10 times a year ... a house which costs 40 K now, will cost 400 K next year.
