kurdish mens behaviour

PostAuthor: poppy » Wed Jun 14, 2006 9:38 pm

I found this Kurdish site, and I think it’s a good idea. I just have to tell you my story. I met a Kurdish Iraq man, sep 03 I was with him 2 ½ years, I loved him so much, it was his Kurdish good looks that I fell for. He knew I loved him but he treated me bad. He worked long hours so I could not see him regular because he was tired, I was only allowed to see him when he was ready which made me crazy, as I missed him too much all the time. I became suspicious of him, I would ring him he would say he was tired or with his cousins or friends. This went on for 2 years, I tried to stop our relationship but I loved him I couldn’t so I put up with it. In the end I found out he was going out clubbing Friday nights, I am not sure if he was unfaithful to me. He said he was not up to anything. I ended our relationship after many fall outs, because I could not trust him. He told me he loved me too. It has made me not trust anyone now. I know how these Kurdish men must feel coming to this country every thing is so easy. But I know I will not be the only one that has become hurt and betrayed by these good-looking Kurdish men, as they do like looking at so many girls. Poppy.

hey poppy,
im sorry bout ur bad experince sweets, but u cant blame kurdish guys for that, that sort of guys r found in every nation, so, therez no way to generelize that just to some particular nation! i blv that with kurdish guys livin outside kurdistan it could happen more specially if they've grown up in kurdistan n then migrated :|
im sorry to say this, im a girl too, but the problem with most of us is that once we met a guy, after 2-3 sweet talks we fall for him with all our heart, n then we wanna give everything, so much that at the end we'r left out alone with nothing! as for kurdish guys, most of em r pretty rough, so, by just callin them every now n then n askin what they r up to, or who they r with, u make them mad n in simple saying, it just makes the relationship less important for em  , cuz the number one requirement for a relationship to go on is Trust, n if there isnt a two way trust, then i dont think that relationship worth anything!
again im sorry bout what's happened between u two, but im sure u can look at it n remember it just as an experince behind n hopefully that makes u to open ur eyes more in choosing guys n who u wanna be with

btw, welcome on board =)

Hey poppy, welcome to the forum.

I can relate to your story, but it wasnt with a kurdish guy, it was actaully and english guy, so it just goes to prove as missIndependant said, its all nations sadly.

Im also in the midlands, staffordshire, are you near me?.

it is hard to trust again, but you will one day im sure. keep in touch
You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.

poppy i am very sorry to hear of your distress, and i think i speak for every one when i say that no man should treat a women like that.
i see most our country man and i see that they are quite attracted to the english women. know the man you are talking about strongly sounds like a person who feels lost and confused, our culture is quite complicated to explain because we have different groups who react differently towards our culture. We strongly believe in love and if you listen to most of our songs it is quite easy to quess this.
i think kurdish men are quite affectionate and open to share there feelings and this does sometimes gets confused in english culture.
