Welateme (the guy who posted the link to the Kurdish forum where they speak in Turkish) wrote in Turkish...
Welatêmîr (Vladimir) was only mocking Kurds who speak "Turdish" (mixing Kurdish and Turkish= Turkish with Kurdish words here and there)...
And if you wanna speak Turkish, Persian or Arabic to somebody, there is no problem in that - of course, no use if they can't reply to you: like with Welatêmîr who doesn't know what Welateme said...

Because this is an English-Language-Forum... The main language used in this forum should be English...
There is a sub-forum for Kurdish... And we have no problem with you writing a few things here or there in Kurdish, Turkish, Arabic or Persian - or French as we have two French-speaking members and so on and so forth...
