Well Islam make him into an exception... The Prophet is considered Unique and therefore cannot be put in the same class as other mortals - like Jesus, Moses etc. they are all exceptions - because God chose them to be mediums for God's word and message...
But let's take an example: King Saud doesn't feel that way... He has a harem for his own pleasure...
That however, if asked Islam: is haram...
