I'm from Yucca Valley, so I'm out of range of the fires, but I can still see and smell the smoke. I have some cousins that reside in Orange County. The last I heard they're safe as well. It seems as if it's arsonists . I read that police in San Bernardino shot and killed a suspected arsonist after chasing him out of dry scrub, also in Hesperia police arrested a man on suspicion of arson and 2 more were arrested in the San Diego suburb of Vista.
