I call it "special" becuz of the "special/unusual" degree of Kurdish loans in it. Afshars dont live in Kirmanshan province. As far as I know they are in Hamadan, Fars province, Urmya city, some in Aradabil, and ofcourse in confedrations with Kurdish tribes in Northern Iranian Khorasan (Dar Gaz, Bojnord cities).

Methinks Oğuz do. The Selçuks ruled there first, secondly the Safavids... What you think are Sonqori? I think they are Türkmen. I read that in Afşar and Kurd Zand reigns rule of Sonqor was gave to chiefs of Kurd Kolyayi tribe and then after Kurd Khosrow Khan Ardalan was ruler of Sonqor. Later on Fath Ali Shah Qajar ruled and his son Fathollah Mirza was gov of Sonqor...
So Sonqoris probably mixed so much with Kurds that most aren't Türkmen anymore anyways.

Often the Non-Azerbaijani Turkophone tribes of Iran are Turkmen. But I have not heard any of Turkophones of Sonqor considering Turkmen. As I said they are as mixed as often speak Southern Kurdish. Even their clothings (like Turkophones of Urmya) is Kurdish clothings.
But when the prayer is over then disperse abroad in the land and seek the grace of God, and remember God much, that you may be successful.
