Sicpit, bro Kurds don't know their own script well enough to do so... 
Most Kurds haven't studied Kurdish in Latînî Kurdî - but in Arabic Kurdish and most have never studied it at all... Especially since more than half of all Kurds live in Northern Kurdistan - under Turkish controll currently... And there, Kurdish is banned in education to "minors" (below 18 years)... And those who are adult, have to go to a private school to learn it...
But about "Texas" - we would not write it that way in Kurdish... It would be: Kurdish "Teksas" = "Texas" English
