Yesterday the cheese I ate at breakfast had probably turned bad with the heat : I was nauseated all the day.So I only ate at dinner cold pork and vegetables. Cured with pastis and white wine.

Today I am a bit hungry but not in the mood to eat. Only coffee, for the moment.

Perhaps crêpes (french pancakes during the day). Or only ice cream. or french toast.

At dinner : perhaps risoni in pork bouillon, and lemon juice.

Still eating a lot of salads and limiting myself to 1 can of diet PepsiCoke a day

Drinking plenty of water

Weakened yesterday and ate 2 small bars of Cadbury ;)

Going to the park today - huge Bank Holiday fair - lots of fun - might be tempted to have an icecream :D

Never any trouble or stealing - 1 happy local policemen wandering around - something to do with insurance - nothing to do with crime :ymhug:

Yesterday :

Breakfast : 2 mugs of coffee and 4 small cakes.

No lunch.

Snack : an ice cream.

Dinner :

Flounder, tomatoes and mozarella.
Lettuce, goat cheese.
Vodka, sparkling water, lemon.

I am thinner…around eyes. My eyes are larger now, so I suppose I lost cheeks.

How many times it will take before to rich my buoy ? :-?

Programm :

Breakfast :
2 mugs of coffee, a slice of bread, butter.

Lunch : pasta.

Dinner :
Salade of potatoes, white wine, lumpfish.
Lettuce, goat cheese.

Vodka and sparkled water, lemon.

1200 calories.

Do NOT look or feel any thinner


That is normal, as wee see ourselves everyday. Since the beginning of summer I lost 5 kg and I don't see any difference : but my denim's say YES :-D

So the best witnesses are at first your clothes, and after your bathroom scale.

Today :

Breakfast : 2 mugs of coffee, 1 slice of brown bread (40g) and butter (10 g).

Lunch : 1 potato, 1 tomato, a can of oiled tuna (80g), 20g of bread.

Snack : an ice cream.

Dinner : Pasta, zucchini, fresh goat cheese, lettuce, smoked duke, vodka.

= 1522 calories.

Counting calories is an easy way for me to eat and drink what I like as so much as I stay under 1800. Better than diet. I hate diets : they want to oblige you to eat fruits, yoghurts and cereals at morning. Non sense. I rather to stay with an empty stomach (even full of coffee) than swallowing mueslis and other revolting seeds just good for birds' :ymsick:

I ice cream
I cup of black tea 2 sugars
I bottle Diet Coke
Lots of bottled water
2 small cheese salad rolls

yesterday I was dreamy then at dinner I let my vegetables burned, with an horrible smell in all the the flat :lol:

So only chicken and salad, cheese.

Today I don;t know. :-D
