I am not really a diet person

I believe a little of what you fancy does you good :D

It seems that almost every week there is a new diet or a food warning

I believe in a varied diet - I never eat meat or pork/ham - I eat fish and some poultry though not ducks - I used to have ducks as pets :ymhug:

I worship the Great God

CADBURY :ymdevil:

a couple of times a week :D

Well the IG Diet is so dull and annoying that I left it after 2 days.

I am a a-3-Days-diet person : generally after 72 h, I am fed up with that

I went to shopping in a mall this afternoon, for buying warm clothes. And in the supermarket where I buy my coffee, I took also a nice box of chocolate truffes : Christmas mood.

I like my diet and enjoy it a lot. 85%+ of my diet made up of fresh fruits with fermented vegetables, fish and grains. the other 15%- of my diet made up crisps, chips and some other processed foods like salsa and tortilla.

@Londoner
You are lucky to have found a diet based on food you like.

Or you are lucky to like ONLY healthy food :p

I wonder which movies I could watch for Christmas. May be all the Harry Potter series.

If you receive Amazon Prime I thoroughly recommend 'Arrow' and 'Lucifer'

I have NEVER watched 'Harry Potter' so not sure how good it is

Today and yesterday I ate whiskey. That is right I ate whiskey, or rather Irish Whiskey cake, made with 1.5% whiskey. I was so hungry after work. I got it from a shop like lidl. I forgot its name. By the time I reached home I ate half of it while driving. :-D

Yes, indeed. it is a highly processed food, very unhealthy. I enjoyed it because I was very hungry. It is one of those things once in a while.

Just went to the alcoholic shops today, for my Christmas market : whisky, Orange Vodka, Moldavian red wine (Merlot) :-D

I prefer pure whisky to a whisky cake.
