hahaha it reminded me when i was transfering customers to the other departments damn hahahaa wallah that was fun sheesh that made me laugh .. "can you hold on for about 2 minutes sir .. i am going to call our supervisor department and check on _____ .... (after 5min) thank you for holding sir .. but that department is very busy now .. can you hodl for about 20 more minutes 
(then they start getting mad ) hahahahha
