Yes I do speak arabic and I always try to use it as much as I can so I dont loose it. It is getting bad over time... So Now my arabic is combination of kurdish, english and arabic..

yeh i speak it too .. cool ... then we can practice it together .. so do u know baghdadi dialect?? some of my cousins live in baghdad .. and when i went back i was talking to them in arabic .. ( like mosli dialect) .. they were making fun of me :roll: like i should be talking baghdadi dialect ... my mom didnt speak baghdadbi with us .. so how should i know how :roll:

I know Baghdady dialect and it is my favorite arabic dialect, beside egyptian cuz I used to watch alot of arabic episodes and palys.
To be honest, I am not big fan of Museli dialect cuz they use letter (Q) too much. I think Baghdadi dialect is much easier than Museli........

haha .. well my mom and all her family are from mousil .. so i learned from them .. and yes theres too many q in it ..

my favorite dialect is syrian ... i love it ... :wink:

That is not fair answer, cuz your answer is not complete...If you think village name is private, then put your ASHERAT (Tribe) name, if that is still private then go with region.. :wink:

im not seqizzi i was just born here and lived there for 2 years. left late 1990
i do have seqizi kurdish dress..it is real pretty

im actually from kerkuk, dli kurdistan :)

well i didnt go to kerkuk. my family is from there. they fleed because my dad was a peshmarga and settled in Seqiz and later Urmiye where we stayed for a year. then late 1990 we left fo the UK. So am here in London!!
So the first time i actually saw Kerkuk was last year...after the war.

and my kurdish is so tekel. people do think i'm actually from rojhelat because i speak an odd mix of sorani :)

and yes i completely understand people in Sine. Sine is pretty i went there a couple of years back
