Club of Diet' s addicts
So I open a special topic pour people who start a diet, or just want to exchange about their menu.
I have right to until 2210 calories.
Breakfast :
2 mugs of black coffee and around 15 g of sugar.
2 slices of rustic bread : 40 g.
Brie cheese : 40 g
= 289 calories.
Lunch :
A piece of colin fish (around 100 g).
Ratatouille (typically French meal of vegetables, google is your friend)
= 303 calories
Dinner :
Salad of pasta with tomatoes and green peppery : 100 g of pasta, 200 g of tomatoes, 200 g of peppery, 1 tablespoon of oil, lemon juice, basilica, parmiggiano, etc.
=> 445 calories.
Total = 1038 calories.
So I have place enough for more parnigiano at dinner, and pastis or rosé after, by watching a movie
