alalalala....all nationalist can talk bullshit

Of course, Turks borrowed some features of kurdish music, but they have music of their own and borrowed music for other places

No identity is "pure" and "unchanged" since the creation of the world, everything is composed, mixed...

"Zurna" is kurdish? Cool, do you know that Berbers in Algeria play Zurna? Don't you think that such a simple instrument can have been invented in different parts of the world?

Cause funnily, Bretons play a kind of Zurna

And I doubt we stole it to the kurds

Concerning Halay I agree Turks probably "borrowed" it to kurds, but there are different halays in different plays of turkey...Like the one of the Hemsins in the north-east mountains, played with just one baggpipe, looks much more Breton than Kurdish too me :)

Breton Dances

By the way look at these breton musicians

What annoyed me isn't your theory... But that we messed up my original thread - which is about Kurdish dances... :?

Can a moderator PLEASE - cut the thread in two and make a new thread of the last posts about Duhol û Zurna?

Thank you...
