I am an almost unknown author in the US. I have written novels for years now.

Write something about Kurds, Kurdistan or something Kurd related, and I will buy 5 copies of that book...

If you take the time to study our people and homeland - and then inspired by this, and a trip there, write a book of poems, history, photos and whatever else you find - then I will buy 10 copies of that book...

You see, even artists have to compromise and find a nichè...

I think he was just a spammer writer, just wanted to spamm his book in our forum .

I am not a spammer but a novelist that enjoys reading from other cultures.
My message was to readers that like to read sea adventure novels from the American culture.

None of your post are about Kurds. There all about promotion of your American books. So why surprise by response you get back? Do you know some Kurds go to other country because of opression? So why can't he still be patriot?

He's American, so maybe that is why he doesn't understand the word "oppression"... Maybe it's not in his books, that's why?

By all means, you are most welcome here - and do stick around to learn about our cultures - but in essense, you're here to spread information concerning your books...

My interest in Kurdistan. began with your cooperation when we we invaded Afghanistan.
We here appreciated that. You're right again, my initial purpose is to promote my books
because I believe in them absolutely. In the process I hoped to learn something
about the history and culture of Kurdistan. Clearly from the attitude of you and Baris,
it would take a great deal of patience and understanding from the three of us to begin
to understand each other.

ok would u tell us a bit about your novel ?

and do u think you are gonna write something about kurdistan or at least learn something about kurdistan ?

honestly I am surprised you are back, I really thought you are a robot, because you had just two posts and it was a link to a site witohut any attetntion to what we are saying in our forums...

now if u promise to stay here and learn and discuss about kurdistan, I promise to read your books .

You're typical average American, Mark... Kurds didn't work with you in invading Afghanistan... (I'm surprised Dyaoko and Bariş didn't see this)

Kurdistan and Afghanistan have one BIG country between them: Iran...

I don't mean to sound mean or like I have an attitude problem - but you asked for it with your rude comment, Mark... ("If you are such a patriot of Kurdistan, why are you living in Norway?") - Which was reaaaaaly impolite of you...

I'm willing to at least look into your books - but you should try to be a bit more sympathetic... Go ahead...
