80% of any community cannot be effin hot lol ...effin hot is usually 5-30% of the population,depending on where and which community . Personally effin hot has to be a combo of beauty and personality , if your a pretty girl but a snobby golddigging fake ass skanky *****, you ARE NOT A HOT GIRL, your just a HO. I have seen DROP DEAD gorgeous chicks in LA and like any guy in his 20s , you gawk with your mouth in awe like a retard ,due to the male genetic disposition but after 2 minutes reality dawns, their are all surgically enhanced ,they are fake in and out.
