Sillav serçava allina, how you doing?
great idea to come to kurdistan,i'm 100% sure you and your sister will like it,
and about your question as my experience authorities will let you and your sister enter the Region however was her
attention to staying i mean stay in there as tourist or for a while or.... etc, if she has a passport and gets Visa then
surely she can enter Southern Kurdistan, i think the authorities's condition is healthy .. our KRG is not letting anyone
come inside if she/he is unhealthy, the situation is so sensitive with persons who hav AIDS... otherwise its okey and
i'm sure they'll warmly say : Zor bexêrhatin bo herêma kurdistanê, xêr hatin ser seru ser çava ..
wish you best wishes, have a nice time in Southern Kurdistan...

Fantastic Allina, not only will you see Kurdistan and meet your new family but you'll have your sister for company too - lovely! See, I told you we'd make Kurdistan THE tourist destination of the Middle East! :D

I fully support Losts advice - neither of you will have any problems in Kurdistan - other than being forced fed and welcomed with open arms!
