there is a bigger chance to trace common words if we just hold on the words which were used by the Indo-Europeans at that time. let me give you some examples;

kurdish/nordic/english
bra/bror/brother
Dot/Datter/daughter
Bro or Bry / bryn/brow

and some other examples of the things the ancient people may have owed

ga/ko/cow
Ket or Ketek/kat/cat
Meshk/mus/muse

the list of similar words is longer, but that is what i could remember.

Im sorry , but we can't use words which were not known for these ancient people, like tomato, gahwe, taxi and etc . For example tomato is a new word and was brought to the rest of the world from America much later.
If we need to do comparisons we should go back in time.

"Boya" is also in Bulgarian = paint ;)
Maimun = Maimuna (in Bulgarian) --> monkey
Akul = akul --> mind, brain
Kupa = kupa --> bowl
Jenan (if that's how you write 'women') = Jeni --> women
Azanm = Az znam --> I know
Nazanm = Ne znam --> I don't know
Chai = chai --> tea
Tanak = tanak --> thin
Sestra = sister --> nurse

I've heard we share 300 words with Kurdish (Bulgarian I mean) but I don't know them all :)

That is because we have close relationship with them. They are also supposdly Scythian descended.
