Be careful - it can easily be a place of abuse... A lot of personal information is signed (by yourself) when you become a member - and you leave little air for privacy when your left as naked as you are on facebook...

I am was on face book but its very addictive and I quit after 3 months , every 20 something person in america is on facebook , and your life becomes an open book for people but the special features are fun but its very addictive , people at my work are habitually checking and sending or smacking eachother with a fish or send a drink ...sort of corny. I quit after watching some special on 20/20 , that too some chick kept poking and winking at me ....

I've got a facebook account, it's a great way of messaging lots of people at once, sharing pics etc. and there's absolutely no problem with privacy if you manage your account correctly ie. all my settings are for 'Friends Only', so the only ones accessing my info are those that I want to, if anyone conacts me I don't know, I just ignore them, simple - I'm in control!
