I want to how many peopel here , Use firefox and how many use Internet explorer

if you don't know what is firefox, it is a internet browser (like windows' internet explorer)

one of the reasons that I myself use firefox is, it has tabbing browser.
means if i want to surf 10 sites at the same times, I dont have to open 10 firefox WINDOW, i simply open 10 tabs inside "ONE" firefox window

and if i want to minmize the whole sites that I am surfing and do another thing on my desktop , I simply minimze one firefox window

while in microsoft internet explorer you have to minimize all those windows which you had opened one by one...
and also those internet explorere windows makes the CPU work more and freezes

the other good thing about firefox is ,it is open source , you can add mods and hacks to it...

for example you can add a mod to your FireFox so it checks your Gmails and notify you if anynew e-mail came.

i myself installed a hack extention on firefox, which READS texts for me,
for example after I added this Hack Extetion , FireFox reads the texts when I order it.

[i wont have to read long articles by my eye...I simply listen to firefox read it for me]

you can add 10000 of the other mods that been made for firefox by normal ppl
[because it is open source and FREE] while Microsfot Internet Explorer is not free and not open source.


Fire fox been proved that is is more secure .

so which browser you use ?

I use mostly Firefox. I pass only in IE for certain sites which work with IE.

i dont have to use IE even for those certain sites...

because ppl have made an extention for FireFox to solve that problem .

that mod will automaticly , open the sites that you tell , in a new tab, by IE .

it loads IE in one tab of FireFox.

IE still exists??????

IE is useless. Firefox is great.

ok my just found out wat fire fox is...m bro has it one hiscomp...it dosent look all that great

the best thing about FireFox is its security.... most of the worms and spywares most work on IE but FireFox resists more !

I love firefox.. but it deletes my favorites everytime.. wtf??

83% firefox !! yehoo ! it is good to hear that .

when I compare it with Arab use's answer, thet said 86% use IE .

most of the professional users use firefox.

It's really annoying..

Off course FireFox, cuz IE pisses me off. I do use IE, mostly at work

i am using them both. Sometimes also Opera.
