Again today there has been very little information coming out of Kobani

What information there has been was conflicting

As for guessing what will happen next - it is impossible to be certain

Sadly - the future of Kabani still hangs in the balance

And until Turkey lets the supplies from South Kurdistan through

nothing much is likely to change

Kurdish TV Parody of ISIS

An Iraqi Kurdish TV station recently broadcast a parody of ISIS, with bearded men playing air guitar on rifles, playing with skulls, and dancing with swords. The parody, broadcast by KurdSat TV, was posted on the Internet on October 12.

It would seem that while the world's attention has been focused on Kobani the Islamic State has been killing yet more people - destroying villages - and taking over much more land inside Iraq as well as their continued expansion inside Syria

We seem to have almost forgotten the Yazidi women and children who are slaves to the Islamic State - where are the worldwide protests demanding the release of these prisoners ?

The Islamic State has to be curtailed - the Turkish government has to be held responsible for IS activities inside Turkey

I am fed up with people posting and tweeting lies on facebook and twitter

It is difficult to find any genuine news which is extremely exasperating
at a time when so many Yazidi and other Kurdish lives hang in the balance

The Yazidis in Shingal and the Kurds in Kobani all have families and friends
who are desperate for news and information - they do not want to read lies

If I see the face of this Indian gentleman with his baby again I am likely to SCREAM
