In France must be cold but not in London, UK, today and the last two days. It has been reasonably nice. I have put all radiators off.

Smoked Chinese tea!!!! what is that?

According to Wikipedia pride and prejudice tells an interesting social history of English upper class on 19th century. I try to read the original book rather than watching adaptations.

I am not in London I am in the countryside and last night it was about minus 6c with freezing fog and thick frost

It is good to read the book first - but in the case of the many different screen adaptations of Pride & Prejudice - they are all excellent and well worth watching :D

I have been in love with Mr Darcy since I first read Jane Austin's book as a child - I love him even more as he is betrayed by Colin Firth :x

I repost that video which is an interesting reconstitution and report about Jane Austen's society showing in Pride and Prejudice, and the social issues during a ball, a banquet, etc.

The books are fine also, like Emma and Sense and Sensitivity.

Concerning the weather, it is less cold today and ISIS launches a #parisisburning hashtag on tiwtter, they are so kind to warm us

12-minute miracle! That's all the exercise you need to do to lose weight even FASTER

On the Fast Diet, you only worry about what you're eating two days a week
The concept was introduced by Dr Michael Mosley almost two years ago
Today we show how to just 12 minutes of exercise a day can boost results

By Dr Michael Mosley

When Dr Michael Mosley launched the Fast Diet two years ago, he was confident that it was a great way to lose weight and improve health.

But even he could not have been prepared for how the diet would take off, with hundreds of thousands of people around the globe successfully losing weight and transforming their vitality and wellbeing.

While the basics haven’t changed — the aim is still to cut calories by three-quarters on two days of the week and eat normally the rest of the time — this week he and his co-author, Mimi Spencer, launch an exciting new Fast Diet book.

It includes new recipes for mouth-watering diet day meals that both men and women will love — making it easy to get in shape alongside your partner, as long as you remember that women should eat no more than 500 calories on a diet day, while for men it’s 600 calories.

In the book, Dr Mosley also explores the part exercise has to play in health, longevity and weight loss. Don’t worry, he’s not suggesting you embark on a gruelling regime. You won’t have to join an expensive gym, either.

PLEASE follow Link to very interesting and informative article:

Never doubt the courage of the French. They were the ones who discovered that snails are edible.
